Netier Technologies has announced the UK launch of its NetXpress XL series of thin client
workstations and Rapport centralised management software. Netier Technologies designs and
builds management software and solid-state embedded thin clients that operate in Windows
and Linux environments.
Netier aims to offer UK users more than the traditional thin client experience.
NetXpress’s scalable architecture ensures that each workstation can be
‘right-sized’ to meet the specific requirements of each user – from a
Windows-based terminal through to a desktop with full PC functionality.
To enhance performance and ease the burden on server resources, NetXpress workstations are
designed to incorporate a wide range of applications locally on the flash disk, including
as a standard feature both Citrix ICA Client and Microsoft RDP Client.
